Finliti provides behavioral finance tools including the FIPI® investor profiling framework, the Pulse® advisor workflow platform, WealthIQ financial planning tools, and related educational and consumer products. Our Services are subject to change without notice.

Not Investment Advice

Finliti’s products are designed to support advisor workflow and investor education. Nothing on our platform constitutes investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Finliti is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. All investment decisions should be made in consultation with a qualified professional.

FIPI® behavioral profiles and Pulse® guidance outputs are informational tools only. They do not constitute suitability determinations or compliance approvals.

User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any component of the Services.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our platform.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in connection with the Services.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology on our platform — including FIPI®, Pulse®, WealthIQ®, and the Finlitiverse — are owned by or licensed to Finliti Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our marks or content without written permission.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Finliti does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finliti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
